[SR-7627] Jenkins job swift-corelibs-foundation-PR-Linux uses incorrect commit for github status reporting #50169

Issue Description:

I noticed in PR https://github.com/apple/swift-corelibs-foundation/pull/1522 that the swift-corelibs-foundation-PR-Linux job is using the wrong commit to report build status to GitHub.
This seems to happen after a git rebase followed by a force push.

The commit before the rebase was: e167c459c191e6fb0f74907512af3eaf96461394
The commit after the rebase is: 4b22b2929e253bf50564498cf4e208443e8559d0
Branch name: add-range-withname-support

It's a GitHub issue, apparently, but @shahmishal's set up some of the other bots to automatically restart if this happens. Maybe he missed a bot?
