Added change app icon feature #69

Based on #47 I have added the stated feature in this PR.

Previously, the AboutViewController contained static UIViews and UIButtons. I have converted it into a Table View Controller which contains several view and table view controllers.

Click on Change App Icon	Select an App Icon	Icon is Changed
