@sethrj, this PR contains a roadmap file, a test generator (much like the bash script you had, but does some extra checking), and a first test. If the test is to the format you want, I'll start generating more tests and opening more PRs for other tests.

@tjfulle Looks perfect! It's even more thorough than some of the comparable tests for the other languages :)
