Can't download source code. #406

I'm use SVN in command line.
But it can not download source.
In command line it report

svn: E175002: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'http://open-hardware-mon
itor.googlecode.com/svn/trunk'
svn: E175002: Server sent unexpected return value (503 Service Unavailable) in r
esponse to OPTIONS request for 'http://open-hardware-monitor.googlecode.com/svn/
trunk'

Do not know how to download it or not.

I just checked with the command

svn checkout http://open-hardware-monitor.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ 
open-hardware-monitor-read-only

and it work correctly. If the problem still exists, it might be a problem with 
google code hosting, or your system. I can't really do much about it.

The problem seems to come from the Internet to the university.
I use the mobile phone to the connect internet. You can download the data.
