clicking Openhardwaremonitor.exe results : the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). #420

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?openhradwaremonitor.exe 
does not open. it says 'the application failed to initialize properly 
(0xc0000135).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.1.0 on Windows XP sp2

Please provide any additional information below.
It worked properly before.
but now after reinstalling XP it doesnt work. i have dowloaded again and 
re-installed.

Please attach a Report created with "File / Save Report...".
