Feature Request - Continuous saving of the log

I'm currently using it to monitor a PC that seems to randomly turn off and I'm 
often not there when it happens.  I would like to be able to review the logs 
when I come back to see if there were any changes in the fans or temperatures 
when I return but currently my understanding is that there is only a log if we 
choose to save it manually.
Thank you for putting in the effort, I love the program.
