What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With Gigabyte GA-Z87X-OC MoBo,i5 Haswell,3 case fans, 2 Rad Fans, 1 Water Pump.
Only see 2 fans running. (Same with CPUID HWMonitor)
See all fans with Gigabyte's MoBo Software.
Connections:
CPU Fan- Both Rad Fans
CPU OPT Fan - Cooler pump
Sys Fan 1 - Back fan
Sys Fan 2 - Front Fan 1
Sys Fan 3 - Front Fan 2
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

CPU is set to default OC values.
Running Gigabyte's software all the time when Playing BF3 seems unstable.
Was going to try SpeedFan...It doesn't see all fans either.
In Bios, I set up manual speeds for case fans. Alarm for Cpu and cooler units.
I appreciate your time and help with this.
