GPU memory usage incorrec with dual GPUs #590

Expecting to see independent Load/GPU Memory values for each GPU, but seeing 
the same value mirrored for both GPUs.

Using OHM v0.6.0Beta on Windows 7 Ultimate x64; with NVIDIA GTX650 and GTX480.

Load/GPU Core and Load/GPU Memory Controller are independent, but GPU Memory is 
mirrored. Clocks and temperatures are independent.
