Weather page does not provide the weather to the user #1

Problem Type: SW Priority: A Occurrence: Always Device used: HTC

Short Description: Weather page does not provide the weather to the user.
Steps: From the sidebar > selecting Weather> Observed: App provide different page than the GUI page. Expected: user should move to page where there is a soft key, by clicking on that soft key user should moved to weather screen. Where is linked to http://www.wunderground.com/

Retest: Result: issue not resolved. Observed: user able to see the soft key and move to where can check the weather however is still on the same page.
