Ant+ sensors should be able to get paired when not recording #266

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Currently the settings for ant only allows the user to clear the pairing.  
Allowing my tracks to pair on the next track record.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should try to do the pairing from that screen

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
