Hide/Disable Ant sensors on devices that don't support it #267

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start my tracks on any device which does not support ant+.
2. Set the sensor type to be one of the ant+ sensors.
3. Nothing happens as the code is disabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We should either not show these options or not let users select them.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
