We are actively working on this. The reason it is not in the current version
is that the code is not quite done yet. I know Matthew is working on this. I
have a bunch of code to solve this if you have time to play with it.
I am breaking the zephyr issue out into another issue.

An approach that would work well for me is having the ability to select which
fields are displayed. for example, when I'm riding I like to look at
speed/distance/max speed/moving.. the grade information and longitude and
latitude I'm not too worried about. If I could see my zephyr info in those
spots, I'd be thrilled.

Sandor, I think this bug belongs to you since sensors and the stats screen are
yours.

MyTracks 2.0 is out but I don't think this functionality was added yet.
It would be enormously useful to display selected sensor inputs to the Stats
screen on the fly... it's already present (live) in the Chart view so it seems
like a display issue at this point.
A huge bonus would be the ability to control the font size of each field in the
Stats display, so it could be used more effectively as a dashboard.

Is somebody still actively working on this? What's the current state?
Otherwise, I might look into the stat screen issue next week, once my polar
sensor has arrived.

Hi Fernando (which was my father's name as well),
I looked at the KMZs you sent, but what I meant was on the Stats screen
when My Tracks is running - to display the current heart rate. I use it
with a Polar bluetooth sensor. If you look at Polar's new product, it's
really good, but only available on Galaxy S4:

The second screenshot from the left is exactly what we need.
Cheers
John

Wondering the same. Is anyone working on implementing Heart Rate BLE support?
Android has finally overcome their BLE support limitiations as of KK.
