Selected items array empty #159

Current behavior Specified selected input is not bound to.

Expected behavior The array passed as input with [selected] should represent the selected items. I think this may because of 79e486d6285d9a82ffe7bdc2893933d07ccefa2f

Reproduction of the problem Selection plunkr in docs does not list the selected items on the right.

Seems to be fixed by @fridolin-koch in this fork: https://github.com/swimlane/angular2-data-table/issues/132 Can you please accept it

I manually merged some of this last week but still found a bug. I'm in the process of doing a overhaul of the data flow for 1.0. Should be done this week so stay on the look out.
