Some fixes

I did some bug fixes and an enhancement. Maybe there is a better way to do them, but I tested them extensively and they worked.

• When searching for songs, the result layout could be a bit different while the images weren't fully loaded. Example: http://i.imgur.com/q5thZSu.png
• Socket.IO was connecting to the default port (80 or 443) regardless of the port used by the server.
• Fixed the video volume reset to a very low one when Lifeboat is muted and the video changes.
• Added support for enter key to the login/sign up form.
