On the right edge of each playlist we should add a vertical ellipsis (http://fontawesome.io/3.2.1/icon/ellipsis-vertical/) icon/button which when clicked will open a context menu with options to rename or delete the playlist. Other options could include merging playlists or exporting playlist to XML or something similar.
