Added http-lanes server and agent.

Tutorial page here: https://www.swimos.org/tutorials/http-lanes/ (with no navigation to it)

Just wanted to check Server looks correct before adding client.

Looks good. Couple of minor suggestions

Remove the CustomClient since it isn't being used.
Generally we use parenthesis even for if statements that have just one line, so if you could add the parenthesis here that will be great.
