Improvements from Cookies 'n' Code session.

Just a few updates from the session on Friday, including adding a second .css file to illustrate how styles can override each other, and fixing a typo.

Looking at the files, I would also recommend adding a README.rst file in your tutorials directory containing the author (you), and a couple of lines of description about what's in the directory and what would the user get out of following this tutorial. And then add in a link to this README.rst from the index.rst file in the root directory?
