Import custom fields information #13

Unfortunately Gitlab lacks custom fields functionality in the project (at the time of this commit). In order to import it a comment with MD formatted table added instead. The content is interpreted as string data, no additional processing is done.

Hopefully the last PR from me, I completed the import of issues from my Jira instance :)

Thanks for your contribution @UVV-gh ! You plugged quite a few corner cases that I hadn't encountered. I'm glad you managed to complete your import.
