Hello @freitzzz
Yeah! There's plans for that in place in the near future, but the development has not yet began.
Looking forward to it! Due to the lack of cache during webpage playback, sometimes playing music may lag for a long time
Actually, there might be some good news regarding this. @EricGacoki will lead the development of the mobile app, so we might get something soon.
Very excited about this.
You could also look into building a Subsonic API around the server app so Subsonic-compatible apps can be used.

this looks really good :eyes: but is subsonic open source?

Not anymore. Airsonic - a subsonic fork - has a short history about it and another fork LibreSonic. The good thing is it doesn't have to be open-source. SwingMusic can implement a subsonic-compatible API and then any of the apps that understand the API can connect to SwingMusic.

Kinda funny but about a week ago, I actually started to work on that.
Just wanted to express my excitement about a possible iOS app. The only thing holding me back a bit is I listen to lots of music on the go and I have to revert to Finamp. Obviously it a bit annoying not having all my liked songs and playlists when I switch back to Swing. I'm confident you would do an amazing job as the interface of your self hosted app is music perfection!
Just started using Swing Music and it's really good. Congratulations and thank you!
Is a mobile app planned for the near future? I wouldn't even mind to use a vue native port
