New album page design

This pull request makes the following enhancements to the album page:

• [x] Use album color gradient as the album header background
• [x] Use album colors in the header play button
• [x] Increase the album header image just a bit
• [x] Replace featured artist prev and next button icons with svgs instead of using svg as background image.

• [x] Move featured artists and album bio to a collapsible and absolutely positioned container at the bottom of the page. It works really well with albums with many tracks. You won't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the artists and bio. (WIP)

  

Other changes:

• [x] Change accent color to $red
• [x] Fix watchdog. Now tracks are added to the database but albums and thumbnails are no longer created using watchdog (Rely on the periodic manager functions.).
