Add folder page header (banner or whatever)

This pull request will do the following:

• [ ] Add a header to the folder page.
  • [ ] Allow the banner image to be adjusted (may also be implemented on the playlist page)
  • [ ] Add a play button to the header.

Now, it will look something like this or maybe better.
