Crop Harvest Dropdown Issues #45

  1. Missing elements in Crop Harvest dropdown. Expected 56 items in the list but only 43 were there. Hypotheses – if we loaded only the codes from a single state, we may have missed some as not all crops are grown in all states.
  2. Dropdown list is not sorted.
