Only minimally address confidentiality and stress

We need to say less about stress / confidentiality / disclosure, because

• it comes across as negative
• it isn’t actually part of the project and what we’ve achieved together
• the description that was in paragraph 2 was inaccurate.
• although clearly important, this is more on the subjective/feelings side rather than concrete advice to others.

This was the main part of Garry Blakely’s feedback.

I will do a round of edits to address this.
