Regression Models #2/3 #797

I'm working through the regression Models #2 and #3 and have experienced quite a few issues.

On #3 - I have no slider option available to me on the chat. I also have no gear "on the top left corner of the plot" to create one either.

Is this how I should be able to answer the question of what slope minimizes the mse and what is the mse?

When should I be bringing in the code found in the zip file? I tried pulling it in now & running it, but I dont think it's doing anything.
