Fixed Typo #353

It should be "Estimate" not "Estimates" as Coefficients of summary(all) contains "Estimate" column

Corrected spelling "coefficients" in place of "coeffients".

And it should be "Agriculture" not "agriculture" as "Agriculture" is a variable of swiss data.

Similarly it should be "Fertility" in place "fertility" wherever the term is used as variable.
