Current monster roller selects only base monsters. Need to add checkboxes for each expansion to include those monsters into the monster pool.
Add a Legendary button when selecting Wild Hunt and/or Legendary Hunt to draw from one of Legendary monsters or one of the four Wild Hunt.
Use the expansions picker and react hooks from SetupHelper.tsx.
