Setup Helper instructions for Skellige expansion don't mention harbor tokens can be removed once locations have been randomized for those with the playmat that have the harbor tokens already printed.

Add a disclaimer for playmat players.
Add logic to roll 3 random locations of the harbor locations and print them in the instructions to remove the requirement of dispersing the harbor tokens as a way of randomizing the ship starting locations.
