[ENHANCEMENT] Add monster number and location #92

When a monster is rolled, show it's miniature number, and in which tray and where is the miniature.

There is a good index on bgg (https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/259976/witcher-monster-tray-position), maybe be you can ask to reuse pictures.
