Add a Homepage to the frontend to explain the functioning of the core-engine #199

Following the issue: https://github.com/swiss-ai-center/organizational-no-code/issues/1 We will add a Homepage similar to the one used in the docs with some description and help.

Also correct the bug when clicking on tag of a service, the search updates with it but you can do it several time with the same tag.
