CSV handling on Firefox #223

While using firefox uploading a CSV file in firefox causes this issue, this bug was spotted by @JonathanGuerne while creating his first service.

On the second image you can see that the CSV is handled as vnd.ms-excel

I'm taking care of the problem now, can you please tell me the steps to reproduce ? Which service, what CSV etc ? I had no problem using currently deployed services using CSV on Firefox

I believe we tested it in some services and it didn't worked in of those we tested you can use the classification bencharmark service to test with the breat_cancer csv that is in it

I tested 2 services with CSV including the classification benchmark, on both Chrome and Firefox and had no problem. Can you try again and let me know ? I am on a Mac. Perhaps it is a Windows issue ?
