User Story

As a user of the repository I need the code to be tidy and the packages & build actions to be up to date so that I can work without getting errors.

Acceptance Criteria

All the packages are up to date, There is a tidy structure to the repository and a readme file describing it Build actions run smoothly and without errors/warnings

updated the repository and created structure to work with global js/css as well as webcomponents.
