As a "consumer" of the final report sheet I want to see a chart describing the estimated number of injured people and destroyed buildings so that I quickly understand the damage the earthquake caused.
Acceptance Criteria
[x] Find JavaScript library which can recreate the plots as easily as possible
[x] Used JavaScript to create two horizontal bar charts like on the example report and add it to the current version of the report sheet.
