User Story

As developer on OpenCMS and the Seismo Website I need to be able to cache requests to the RIA webservice from the Webcomponents so that high load can be managed.

Acceptance Criteria

As base requirement for this, the API methods need to be able to dynamically accept base URL's to send the specific requests to.
