• Add translations of Version
• Implement logic for version number : chronological, only for published risk assessments otherwise N/A, version promise pushed to promises[] class member
• Adapt CSS : version number added next to flag as column, change flag relative size

One more request: Usually, if possible, when you need to get the changes from the main into your feature branch, try to rebase instead of merge, in order to keep the history cleaner. (if you need to merge at all).
