Update to RIA Version Endpoint Changes #41

Change Request

The version number should now be fetched at the /riskassessment/{id}/version endpoint and not determined in the JavaScript itself.

Acceptance Criteria

The code uses the endpoint introduced in this issue https://github.com/swiss-seismological-service/REIA-ws/issues/18
