Remove Version from RIA #44

User Story

As a person who looks at the updating RIA sheets, I would be confused by the version number, since it is not feasible to have a consistent and authoritative version of a ria Sheet. The version number should therefore be left out.

Acceptance Criteria

All code and changes related to the version number of a RIA sheet should be removed again.
