Change Danger Level Title #8

Change Request

Change the "Danger Level" title on the canton sheets to "Danger Level CH". I.e. add the string "CH" on the cantonal sheets (not the country wide ones) so that it is clear that the danger level is meant for "switzerland" and not for the canton.
