Add Version Number to the RIA Sheets #9

User Story

As a consumer of the RIA sheets I would like to see which version of the calculation for a specific event I am looking at so that I always know which the most recent version is.

Acceptance Criteria

The version number is displayed at the top next to the swiss/canton crest.
