More Verbose Names of Columns for CSV Files #10

User Story

As a non technical consumer of the *.csv files I would like to be able to easily understand what each column represents.

Acceptance Criteria

Change column headers to something that all stakeholders are happy with and which is possibly more verbose and descriptive to what the numbers represent.

Decided to have them only in German.

Chose the first version, since that way the name of the tag column only depends on the aggregation types and not also on the risk category.
