As SED I only want to publicly list calculations which first have been set to "published" so that no erroneous or "test" calculations are consumed.
Acceptance Criteria
In the SED version of the webservice, the /riskassessment endpoint only displays riskassessments which have set the flag "published" to "true". Also there is an endpoint, which is not listed in the documentation, which displays all of them.
