Add SeismoStats to the Python Package Index #130

User Story

As a User of SeismoStats I wan to be able to install it through pip so I don't have to bother with git installs and updates which are tedious.

Acceptance Criteria

SeismoStats should be installable through pip install seismostats. Also requires versioning of the library.
