I added the structure of the section "fundamentals and usage" of the user-guide. Still has to be filled with content.

Question: Is something important missing within the fundamentals? For now, the subsections are:

Fundamentals and usage
10 Minutes to SeismoStats
Catalogs
Estimate b & estimate mc]
Estimate mc and KS testing
Synthetic magnitude generation -Notebooks with examples
