With scdetect arrivals can be attached to a new origin corresponding to a detection. Though, currently, only the detected arrivals (including the corresponding picks) are attached. Theoretical template arrivals i.e. arrivals which would have been available from the template origin but aren't taken into account by the detector are not associated with the new origin for the time being.
Though, as both @kaestli and @luca-s mentioned, such theoretical template arrivals may be of use for the actual end-user. That is why, associating theoretical arrivals should be optionally allowed.
Including theoretical template arrivals should be configurable on detector level granularity.
