VS is now maintained in a separate repo with newer EEW addons (https://github.com/SED-EEW/SED-EEW-SeisComP-contributions) and needs to be removed from SED contrib.

This might NOT be merged before the EEW addons are ready (see https://support.gempa.de/issues/4342).
