Wann wird eine MoPo nur von einem Rat behandelt (Annahme und Abschreibung) und wann von beiden?

Antwort von meinem Fachkontakt: Ein Postulat wird nur vom Ursprungsrat behandelt. Es reicht eine einmalige Annahme (für die Überweisung) unnd eine einmalige Abschreibung (für die Erledigung) vom Ursprungsrat Bei einer Motion braucht es beides von beiden Räten
