The following picture shows that the different headings of the side map, which have a heading hierarchy lvl 3 don't have an own lvl 2 parent heading. They are hierarchically subordinated under whichever lvl 2 heading followed in the website.
For screen reader users, it seems like the site map is part of the topic "Information" in the following picture. This is however not at all true.
