The use of headings in the menu for navigation links should be avoided #638

In the main menu, h4 headings are used for navigation links.
Semantically correct (nested) lists should be used instead, according to Access4All. https://swiss.github.io/styleguide/en/

Tested the 09.01.2018 on the main Guidelines page by checking the main navigation in Chrome
