the content of the tabs is only reachable by keabord after tabbing on evey single letter of the list. It would be better to be able to access the content directly after selecting a letter.
The "close" button is reached only as first element. If someone wants to close the A-Z menu, they have to tab their way back to the beginning to do it. A solution could be to add a close button" at the bottom, like in the main navigation
Tested on Chrome 65.0.3325.162 on Windows 10 by inserting content copied from the A-Z menu on www.admin.ch using the developer tools. (It could be useful to have some content in the tabs on the guidelines to test if it works correctly)
PS: On multiple webpages (for example admin.ch oder uvek.admin.ch) the content of the tabs is not reacheable at all with the keyboard, the focus just disappears after tabbing the last letter (old version of the guidelines?)
