Twitter timeline not scrollable on mobile devices #646

When using the twitter timeline without tweet-limit (leftmost example on https://swiss.github.io/styleguide/en/teaser.html#05-teaser-12-twitter-timeline) on a mobile-phone it is not scrollable. Can also be tested on the page https://www.ejpd.admin.ch/ejpd/de/home.html
