Covers missing #650

No covers on devbabe and test.swissbib.ch right now.

I have the covers locally.

This has nothing to do with VF5. On devbabe (uvf6) and test.swissbib (uvf4), the covers don't show up, even if VF4 is deployed.

Was a cache permission problem. In deployRep, the customCovers folder didn't have the right permission (777). Therefore, at deployment, the large/medium/small folder didn't get 777 permission.

Solved by a commit in deployRep repo
